Massage is a hands on therapy with the use of a lotion, cream or oil. We encourage our guests to undress to their comfort level while being covered entirely by sheets. Only the body part that is being worked on will be exposed. Our therapists are licensed professionals.

Why should I drink water after a massage?

Massage increases your circulation. Your body will then filter through your blood at a faster rate requiring you to replenish your water. Massage also releases your muscles of toxins which enter the bloodstream. Water will help flush them out.

Wear comfortable loose clothing. If you are coming from work it is advised that you bring clothes to change into that are more comfortable for movement. 

What is dry needling?

Dry needling is a Physical therapy technique that requires additional education above the basic requirements from a PT Program. The therapist uses acupuncture like needles as a tool to address knots (trigger points) in your muscle tissue.
